Privacy policy
How BayouLift handles information sent through this website.
What we collect
When you send a service request we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, and, if you choose to add them, a message, an email address and a preferred time.
Why we collect it
We use these details to respond to your request: to check coverage, contact you about your door and arrange or quote a visit.
Who receives it
Requests are handled through Formspree and delivered to bayouliftgaragedoor@gmail.com.
How long we keep it
We use the details you send only to respond to your request. Requests are delivered to our email inbox and to the form service we use. We do not keep your details after the job is completed or after you decline the work.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. This site does not currently use an analytics service.
The service areas page shows a map using tiles from OpenStreetMap, so your browser requests those tiles from OpenStreetMap when you open that page.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete your request. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
Changes
We update this page if our practices change. Last updated October 19, 2026.
